Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Framly platform. By registering, you accept them.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all users of framly.ch, both clients and photographers.

2. Platform services

Framly is an intermediary marketplace. We connect clients with photographers but are not a party to the individual shoot contract.

3. Registration & account

An account is required. Your details must be true and current. Credentials must be kept confidential.

4. Roles

Clients post shoots; photographers submit offers and carry out shoots. Each role follows the applicable rules.

5. Shoots, offers & contracts

When a client accepts an offer, the contract is formed directly between the client and the photographer. Framly is not a party to it.

6. Fees

Use of the platform is free of charge for clients. Photographers may take out paid subscriptions (Basic, Standard, Premium) which determine the number of monthly offers available and visibility benefits; the applicable prices are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew monthly, can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current period (customer portal), and are processed by the payment provider Stripe. Framly charges no commission on brokered engagements.

7. Content & rights

You keep the rights to your uploaded content and grant Framly the right to display it to present your profile or shoot.

8. Prohibited conduct

Unlawful, offensive or misleading content, spam, and circumventing the platform to avoid fees are prohibited.

9. Liability

Framly is not liable for the photography service itself. Liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to intent and gross negligence.

10. Termination, changes & law

You may delete your account at any time. We may amend these terms and will inform you in good time. Swiss law applies; place of jurisdiction is the operator's seat.
